1) Eucalyptus
Eucalyptus has a wide array of benefits that it is hard to list all of them in one page. Today we will be focusing on how it can help relieve your chronic pain.
According to a study(opens in a new tab) by the National Library of Medicine, “Eucalyptus oil has been reported effective in reducing pain, swelling, and inflammation”.
The study first introduces osteoarthritis, which is the most common musculoskeletal disorder throughout the world. And, as you may already know, osteoarthritis is painful, restricts activity, and reduces quality of life.
The interesting part of their scientific study is that eucalyptus was found to reduce muscle pain, relax the muscles, promote emotional stability, and reduce inflammation.

You probably already know a few benefits of fish oil, like how it is used to prevent heart disease1(opens in a new tab).
